Mastering life-skills is rarely achieved through things akin to a swoosh of a magic wand!  At LifeKernel, we understand the need to use multiple interventions to make this happen. We actually use a bundle of services that range from workshop-based training to a set of post-workshop intervetions to help our clients achieve what they desire to achieve.

The following section describes the different service elements of LifeKernel's unique engagement model...

 

Workshop-based Training

Our programs are primarily driven through workshop-based training sessions which include a rich mix of pedagogic tools such as lectures, case studies, and role plays

                                                                                                                                                                                                

360 Degrees Evaluation

Change is near-inevitable; we measure this change through periodic evaluations done by self, peers and others, as is appropriate

Post-workshop Engagement

We make sure that our clients are putting into practice what they learn in classroom settings. We remain enaged with them for a finite period, usually three months from the date of the workshop, to provide them with the guidance they need and make sure they are on a growth path.

The 50-50-50 TM Billing model

Don't pay us all now! Pay just 50% of the bill-value at the time of the workshop. The remaining 50% need be paid only if, at least, 50% of the participants were satisfied with the effectiveness of the program.
